Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging to qualify.

Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. Products that show signs of wear or missing parts may not qualify.

4. Steps to Start a Return

To begin the process, contact our support team at support@styvero.store with your order details. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions to send the item back safely.

5. Shipping Labels & Return Costs

Depending on your case, a return label may be provided. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received defective or incorrect.

6. Method of Return

All returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service. This helps both you and us ensure the item is safely delivered back to our facility.

7. Restocking Charges

In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and processing. This will always be communicated before finalizing the return.

8. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

9. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products such as personal care items, intimate wear, and final-sale items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

10. Exchanges Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original order and place a new purchase separately.

11. Change of Mind Requests

If you change your mind after ordering, you can still return the item within the return period—provided it is unused and in original condition. Return shipping fees may apply.
